I am so glad that I found Ed Ramirez. Last year I hired a moving company to transport my household good across country. I had countless problems with that company involving amount due and date of delivery. Ed Ramirez' dedication to my case gave me such confidence and peace of mind. He even followed up with me after the fact with all necessary paperwork and notes I might need should I decide to file a complaint with the Department of Transportation. I know I could not have handled the situation as well as I did without his knowledgeability and efficiency.

I received a serious bite from a neighbor's dog. The dog's owner assured me that his insurance would cover all my medical expenses. But when I tried to contact him after the incident, he was either unavailable or stalled in providing me with his insurance information. I contacted Ed Ramirez and he took the time to understand my situation. His legal knowledge and efficiency fixed it quickly. Ed negotiated with the dog owner's insurance company and obtained a settlement that was totally satisfactory. He also was prepared to file a civil complaint in court should that have become necessary. Mr. Ramirez reviewed the arrest report, subpoenaed and reviewed evidence, researched the case with expert witnesses, discussed the case repeatedly with the district attorney, made a low counter-offer, and obtained a plea that was acceptable. He also prepared for the prelim and kept me fully apprised of all developments in the case. Not to mention that the rates were exceptionally reasonable. He was extremely dedicated and proactive to my case. He took the time to listen to me..and I never felt rushed...and as if I was his only client. I would highly recommend his services!

Mr. Ramirez was very Zealous about helping me. When we first spoke on the phone about my situation I knew he was the right lawyer. He was knowledgeable dedicated to helping me make the right decisions concerning a lease I was in, I broke my ankle and live in an upper unit, making it very hard for me to do anything outside my home. He discussed all of my options according to state lease and contract laws. We discussed California landlord and tenant laws and my rights.
